Elderwood Taliyah R

I first thought about making my 8th submission for #Skintober Elderwood Aurelion Sol's R ability, but then someone suggested making Elderwood Taliyah. I loved the idea and making roots be her wall was really clever! I'm pretty happy how the roots turned out but I sadly couldn't implement a few things the original Taliyah ult does (Like riding the wall) because I ran out of time.
