Championship Vel'Koz R
This one was quite hard to realized since I didn't know how to pull off the color scheme correctly. I think in the end I got quite the nice color tones for it. I would have liked to added a distortion effect arround the focal points to show how powerful the laser is but I kinda ran out of time for the submission.
I also did a lot of changes towards the project that is running these effects and they are a lot more lightweight now. And I got some fancy new tools in the process!
The final version (Time taken: ~7 hours)
This is the main cone for the effect. I overlayed two of these on top with different shaders to accomplish this power surge effect.
The cone uses this shader twice. Once with the distortion and a lighter color and again with a darker color to form the center of the Laser.
