Academy Syndra

Another submission for #Skintober with the theme of Academy! Certainly one of the harder ones and I do fully understand now why the Academy Skins in the game just reuse the Visual Effects of the base skin. I spent less time on this one but I think it still turned out ok. There is still animation that would have to be done while the ball is on the floor and when the ball despawns but I think reusing the base skin visuals would work best anyway.
